We’ve designed our dog daycare services to offer a safe, fun and engaging experience for your dog where they will not only receive specialized care, but have the opportunity to keep growing and learning! Dog day care is an excellent way to keep your dog’s training up-to-scruff as they engage in regular social interactions with others and are guided by dog trainers that challenge them to keep those top-level skills in practice.
What Are The Benefits of A Training-First Community?
SAFETY – Your dog is joined by other traineddogs that can be easily directed and that have been pre-monitored for any potential issues.
BONDING – We spend individual time training each dog which naturally builds close relationships. We’re more like family and a home-away-from-home for our DGA Dogs.
FOCUSED CARE – Our team is able to provide more individualized attention for dogs because we can spend less time managing their behavior and more time giving belly scratches and having fun.
FREEDOM! – One of the ultimate benefits for trained dogs is that they can be trusted to roam free on campus or on a hike instead of being limited to a kennel.

Member Services Update As of June 2023!
Please note, our Trek & Train program is currently FULL and all new graduates who plan to attend will be placed on a waiting list. In addition, we are no longer accepting new bookings for boarding at this time. However, our Board and Train programs will still continue as normal.
Get ready for the ultimate adventure! Featuring a thrilling 2-hour hike in the beautiful hillsides and mountains of the Sierra Nevada, your dog will receive the heart-healthy exercise they need paired with consistent off-leash recall, pack travel and the freedom to explore with constant supervision.
Includes:
- 2 Hour Outdoor Adventure Hike
- 1-hour focused small group training time
- (2) 1-hour playgroups
- Roam free on campus
- General health check
- Quick Rinse (if needed)
- Daily report cards
- Photo and video shares
- Access to DGA seasonal camps – activities, photos, and summertime pool play
HOURS: TUES – FRI: Drop-off 7-9am, Pick-up 4-6pm
* Please note that Trek & Train Dog Day Care is CURRENTLY FULL. New training graduates interested will be added to a wait list.
Boarding Policies
- Remember, Daycare and Boarding services are for members only. All attendees must have completed our Masters or Advanced training and be remote-collar trained.
- The Trek & Train Daycare Program is by subscription only and we do not allow drop-ins.
- Please don’t stand us up! If you’re going to miss your assigned Trek & Train Daycare day, please provide notice ahead of time.
Trek & Train Seasonal Camps
Each season DGA will offer themed day camps. Summer hikes by the river followed by pup popsicles, Autumn strolls in the mountains with pumpkin treats, the possibilities are endless. Camps are included with all Trek & Train days.
